you can fingur yourself or use a didlo or something, the hymen does not tear fully the first time though it may tear many times before fully tearing.
i am not a virgin anymore and my hymen had already had been teared before hand but it still hurt. If you are in love with the person you do it with you can deal with the pain a little, it isnt unbarable. but you still may want to fingur yourself or use a didlo so it wont hurt as much.

the hymen does not tear fully the first time, people when they are married still have peices of their hymens.

i really hope that helped, just dont worry about the pain it is different for everyone.
anymore question? ask away :)
